Mary Johnson Garrod

Mary Johnson Garrod, 49, a lifetime resident of Palo Alto, died Aug. 10, 1997 in Winston-Salem, N.C. She graduated from Palo Alto High School in 1966 and from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1970. She is survived by a daughter, Amy Garrod of Santa Barbara; a son, Trevor Garrod of Saratoga; her parents, Dr. Franklin and Rovenia Johnson of Palo Alto; three sisters, Judy Sutherin of Winston-Salem, Susan Herodes of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Kristi Schonberger of Palo Alto; and a brother, Tom Johnson of Jamison, Pa.
